Following the change of the political system in Hungary during 1989–1990, Hungarian law also went through significant transformation. It has become obvious by now that there is not a single area of the Hungarian legal system that has not been affected by important changes. This collection of studies attempts to summarize only the major changes in the Hungarian legal system since 1990.
