A HUF 500 million (EUR 1.84 m) infrastructure-development project at the Mórahalom Industrial Park (S Hungary) is scheduled to be completed at the end of August, the town's mayor told the press on January 28.
The project is being co-financed from European Union funds.
Zoltán Nógrádi of the major opposition party Fidesz said the industrial park, which has been operating since 1997, currently has an area of 58.6 hectares. The industrial park houses 36 businesses employing 440 workers. These have a combined investment value of HUF 8.5 billion and annual sales revenue exceeding HUF 20 billion.
