Hungarian energy-efficiency company RFV will implement an investment of at least EUR 25 million in Zalau (NW Romania) to modernize the city's district-heating system, RFV CEO Ákos Kassai announced on May 18.
The Zalau local council decided on May 17 to establish a JV with RFV to carry out the investment.
